Approaching the EQE – 4th Approach : Presenting Arguments

I am pleased to inform you of the publication on YouTube of a tutorial entitled “EQE 4^th Approach – Presenting Arguments”. You can access it by keying in “EQE Approach”.

In this tutorial, we expand on the idea that, in the context of the EQE, an argument is a presentation of facts in support of a legal conclusion. Argument structure is discussed as well as fact-driven and format-driven arguments.

This tutorial will be of interest to all candidates preparing for one or more papers of the EQE. It is the fourth of a series of tutorials covering six complementary approaches to the EQE.  For candidates who have prepared to sit the forthcoming EQE, the tutorials will serve as revision to consolidate their preparations and get their act together.
