The Legal Opinion tutorial is based on the 2015 EQE Paper D
Part II, a complex legal situation involving several successive improvements in
the printing machines of TIPOGRAF-X and its competitors PRINT-L and ICPR-G.
Part 1 – assimilating and organising information - covers
analysing the complex legal situation as a function of the client’s questions,
identifying relevant facts and making date diagrams. Part 2 covers developing
legal consequences using the date diagrams and assembling a plan in note form.
Part 3 covers writing the legal opinion from pre-prepared notes.
This tutorial will be of interest to all candidates
preparing for the legal paper of the EQE who want to demystify the difficult legal
opinion part.
